Randolph, J Applet
1. Adjust the slider so that the applet is centered and you can see both of the Angle Check boxes (located in the upper left and lower right of the applet).
2. Determine if there is any relationship between line AF and line JG.
a. If you found a relationship what was it?
b. State the method that you used to determine if a relationship existed between the lines and justify your
reasoning.
3. Drag point E to explore the angles created by the lines. Make note of your observations (are any of the angles congruent? supplementary? complementary?)
4. Click on the angles in the Angle Checkbox to check your observations. Can you make any connections about the angle relationships and the angle measures?
5. It may be helpful to create a table to compare the angle relationships.
